Update on MJ Board
Your Marathon Jam Board has been hard at work re-invigorating our Healing through Music Mission and engaging more volunteers to help us “shape the future”. We have been building a Marathon Jam® Strategy Map (see below) as a way to keep us grounded and focused on why we exist. Our 2025 Board of Directors includes Tom O’Shea (President), Dan Jones (Vice-President), Robert Welch (Secretary), Karen Pepin (Treasurer) along with at-large members Charles Fields (Past President), Kirby Heard, Bruce Day and Susan Borgesi.

Many thanks to Robert Welch for his leadership in organizing our MJ Hospital Volunteer efforts. The MJ Volunteer team for Kernersville VA Clinic and NC State Veterans Home have been incredibly dedicated soldiers for our cause.

Special recognition also for our dearly departed Steve Wetzel –
awarded the MJ Founders Award for his dedication and service.

We had over 50 participants attend a full day event at Stonefield Cellars Winery in Stokesdale.
